This is your life, learn to watch and observe that any internal chatter is you saying no to your life, and resisting the present moment. You just need to realize that you don’t need to waste any energy trying to change your whole external reality. You need all the energy you have to change yourself. If you waste too much energy on trying to change things out side of yourself you will just be busy all the time and not enjoy what you have going on in the present. You need the mental clarity to understand and accept whatever you don’t need to change. Don’t judge yourself, learn along the way from your own experiences, learn to use that personal knowledge and internalize it.
Let your actions come from the place where you feel connected and grounded in your inner being. Strive to be someone who has a calm mind. A calm person is someone who is not controlled by his mind. You learn that when you are calm you see what your true nature is. You don’t react to every thought you have or become attached to your thoughts. To have a mind of non – attachment it must be clear, good, and rational. Learn to be with your inner silence, the more you do the more even minded you become.
Experience your life without gap between you inner world and outer world. Learn to develop a good inner relationship that will give you the energy to be able to respond properly with the external world. Develop the mindset to accept anything in the outside world so you can accept what ever you have and whatever you are. You need to be able to live an integrated life.

What you have to realize is that the world is in constant change. No need to try and change the whole world, this realization should help bring down your anxiety. You just need to live your life and have the clarity to act on your vision. Get out there and do you! No one can do it like you 🙂 – Ivan
