“Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive.” – Howard Thurman
Play The Game of Life
The only constant is change, it is life’s very nature. The problem is that we hate insecurity, we always try to make things known and comfortable. After a while we become miserable because everything is known, we try to make our lives conform to a certain pattern. But how can you make life conform to your ideas?
You just need to realize that life is dynamic, you need to embrace life’s uncertainty. It is important to learn to be open to life and be fluid with your ideas. Everyone typically fights and struggles with their environment. When you deeply understand that life is uncertain, you learn to go with the flow, you learn to work and cooperate with it.
Ways To Change Your Life
- Mix up your routine: Routines become a prison because we begin to feel stagnate. We feel like machines, simply reacting to our environment in an unconscious manner. Anything you do with awareness, being totally present will be new, but to jump-start your awareness purposely change up your routine. If you drive to work the same way every day, decide that today you will take a new route. Pay attention and notice everything, see how much more alert you feel because it’s something new.If you go to the same restaurants all the time, mix it up and go to somewhere you never even thought about going. Maybe this is your time to try Indian food for the first time.

- Create something: We are born as natural creators, and as we get older we get conditioned by society to become imitators. Reclaim your childlike creativity and do things that will bring immense joy and fulfillment into your life.
